Well, I am not a regular journal writer. But some big changes happened in my life through 2006.

First and most important of all I've graduated from the university in the long run. Now I'm a mechanical engineer, specialized on HVAC (Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning).

I've quited my partnership with Arı Digital Media Technologies in which I had worked for nearly 2 years as a creative and visual director and project manager. Before this seperation, EmlakJet, our biggest project to date, took place on magazines and newspapers (Capital Magazine, Akşam, Kobi Haber etc.). I am still designing as a freelance designer for extra money and fun, and I cannot push my experience and effort away easily on this.

After quitting, I've spent my time with searching a job, making music and having fun with my friends.

After a while I've found a job in a mechanical/HVAC installation project management and commitment company. I'm working as a junior project manager mechanical engineer now, counting days to becone senior.

On the music side of my life with my band Kırkaltı, there are some good news too. During the summer, we have made lots of new songs and ideas. I think the band have found its sound during 2006 summer. At the beginning of september, we have recorded three of these songs at İTÜ MİAM Recording Studio which is one of most important studios not only in Turkey but also in Europe. This demo CD is titled "Başla/Start", but however I cannot share the songs with others because the quality is so high that we may use these records on a possible album. We have appeared on some magazines, and festivals in 2006.
Also we have ended our relationship with our bass player Erdem Şensöz due to proffessional reasons. Eren Türkeri, the guitar player, song and lyric writer, has started his military service, our friend Bora Genel is going to fill his place for six months. We are searching for a good bass player by the way.
I have moved from Beşiktaş to Mecidiyeköy and there is only 5 minutes between my home and my job "again". This is the only way for me not to insane in Istanbul and i recommend doing so to everyone in big cities.

This is the summary of the summary of 2006 for me and I don't want bore you much, but don't forget; boredom feeds creativity.
